Production begins with a personal briefing to discuss your story and communication goals. This is followed by concept development and shooting planning. The shoot takes place, for example, in the office of the person featured or during their leisure time. This is followed by post-production, where we take care of editing, colour correction, optional animation, sound design and sound mixing for you. We coordinate each phase transparently with you.
Most portrait films are between three and five minutes long.
A portrait film usually takes about three to six weeks to make, depending on the scope and the availability of the protagonists. A coordinated schedule ensures transparency and planning security.
The costs vary depending on the length, the shooting effort and the desired film technology.
The budget for a portrait film typically starts at around 4000 to 7000 euros net, with more elaborate portrait films being correspondingly more expensive.
We consider environmental aspects from the planning stage onwards and incorporate them into decisions about mobility, technology, energy, catering and production workflows. For our productions, we consistently use electric mobility as well as rail and public transport, work with LED lighting technology and use certified green electricity. Catering on set is vegetarian or vegan.
Our Green Film Consultant supports the production planning and helps us assess the environmental impact of the production. We also calculate the carbon footprint of every production, allowing us to document the CO₂ emissions associated with your social media production.
Transparency is an important part of our production process. Our Green Film Consultant supports the environmental planning and carbon footprint assessment of our productions. For larger productions, we prepare both an initial carbon footprint estimate and a final carbon footprint assessment; for smaller productions, we prepare at least a final assessment.
This allows us to document the CO₂ emissions associated with each production and to identify relevant sources of emissions. The final carbon footprint assessment provides a transparent overview of the emissions generated during the production.
